  "heading": "Information to accompany notice of hearing",
  "text": "(1) The notice of hearing shall be accompanied by information regarding the following—\n(a) the rights of a party provided for in regulations 15 and 16;\n(b) the consequences if a party does not attend or is not represented at the hearing;\n(c) the procedure to be followed at the hearing;\n(d) any particular points on which the authority considers that it will want clarification at the hearing from a party.\n(2) In relation to hearings under the provisions listed in column 1 of the table in Schedule 3, the notice of hearing given to the persons listed in column 2 of the table shall also be accompanied by the documents listed in column 3 of the table.",
