Article 1 Citation and commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Licensing statement period) Order 2004 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

(2)

In this Order, “the Act” means the Licensing Act 2003.
