The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25A(1)f1, 37(3)(a), 47(2), 54, 71(5), 91, 100(4) and (5)f2, 104A(2)(a)f3, 106A(4)(a)f4, 107(7), 125(4), 133, 169A(3), 178(1)(b), 193f5 and 197(2) of the Licensing Act 2003f6.
