# The Licensing Act 2003 (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2017, Regulation 3: Amendment to the Licensing Act 2003 (Fees) Regulations 2005


(1) The Licensing Act 2003 (Fees) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.
(2) In the table in Schedule 6, in the thirteenth row of Column 1, omit “or renewal”.
