  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations for the form in Schedule 1 to the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005 (prescribed form of temporary event notice). The form of temporary event notice now refers to the maximum number of temporary events permitted per year as 15 rather than 12 in order to reflect a change in the law brought about by section 68 of the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no or no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.",
