# The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 2: Permitted temporary activities: temporary event notice


(1) The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations”) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For the form in Schedule 1 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
