# The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licence: relevant offences) (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and Commencement


This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licence: relevant offences) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 16th September 2005.
