Regulation 2 Amendment to the Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005

The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

In paragraph (2) of regulation 6 omit “and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee”.

In paragraph (1) of regulation 7 omit “or 6(2)”.

For the form in Schedule 2 substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
