# The Licensing Act 2003 (Personal licences) Regulations 2005, Regulation 11: Validity of forms


A licensing authority shall not reject any application by reason only of the fact that it is given on a form provided otherwise than from the relevant licensing authority but which complies with the requirements of these Regulations.
