# The Licensing Act 2003 (Second appointed day) Order 2005, Article 2: Second appointed day


For the purposes of Part 1 (premises licences) and Part 2 (club premises certificates) of Schedule 8 to the Act, the “second appointed day” shall be 24th November 2005.
