  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order appoints, for the purposes of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003, 24th November 2005 as the second appointed day (article 2).\nUnder Schedule 8 the second appointed day is the day on which, in accordance with paragraph 6(4), the new licence, as defined in paragraph 5(1), takes effect and on which, in accordance with paragraph 18(2), the new certificate, as defined in paragraph 17(1), take effect.",
