Article 5 Specified periods during which particular provisions apply to an application for the grant of a premises licence

The period specified for the purposes of paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 8 (special provision about opening hours where the holder of a justices' licence applies for the grant of a premises licence) shall be the period commencing on 7th February 2005 and ending on the second appointed day^f1.
