# The Licensing Act 2003 (Transitional provisions) Order 2005, Article 6: Specified periods during which particular provisions apply to an application for the grant of a premises licence


The period specified for the purposes of paragraph 12(1)(a) of Schedule 8 (special provision about an application for the grant of a premises licence where a provisional grant of a justices' licence has been made) shall be the period commencing on 7th February 2005 and ending on the day which is the first anniversary of the second appointed day.
