The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by paragraphs 2(4), (6) and (7), 6(8), 11(1), 12(1), 14(3), (5) and (6), 18(5) and 23(3) and (4) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003^f1, hereby makes the following Order:
