The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(3)(b), 17(4), 17(5)(a)(i), 17(5)(a)(ii), 17(5)(b), 17(5)(c), 24(1), 29(6), 30(2), 34(5), 37(3)(a), 47(2)(a), 51(3), 54, 69(4), 71(4)(b), 71(5), 71(6), 78(1), 84(4), 87(3), 91, 100(4) and (5), 102(2), 107(7), 120(2)(b), 125(4), 133(1), 167(4), 178(1)(b) and 197 of the Licensing Act 2003 and section 26 of the Welsh Language Act 1993:
