# Licensing Act 2003, Paragraph 101


In section 9 (interpretation)—
(a) omit subsection (5), and
(b) for subsection (7) substitute—
“(7) An expression used in this Act and in the Licensing Act 2003 has the same meaning in this Act as in that Act.”
