  "text": "(1) Section 1 (inclusion in an entertainment licence of conditions in relation to demonstrations of hypnotism) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) after “any area” insert “in Scotland”, and\n(b) for “places kept or ordinarily used for public dancing, singing, music or other public entertainment of the like kind” substitute “theatres or other places of public amusement or public entertainment”.\n(3) Omit subsection (2).",
