# Licensing Act 2003, Paragraph 37


In section 5 of the Finance Act 1967 (no requirement for excise licence)—
(a) in subsection (1), omit paragraph (c), and
(b) in subsection (3), omit “which is registered within the meaning of the Licensing Act 1964 or”.
