  "text": "In section 15 (warrant to enter theatre where offence suspected)—\n(a) in subsection (1)—\n(i) paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it, and\n(ii) the words “or, in a case falling within paragraph (b) above, any police officer or authorised officer of the licensing authority”,\ncease to have effect in England and Wales,\n(b) subsections (2) to (5) cease to have effect in England and Wales, and\n(c) subsection (6) is omitted.",
