  "text": "(1) A club premises certificate has effect until such time as—\n(a) it is withdrawn under section 88 or 90, or\n(b) it lapses by virtue of section 81(3) (surrender).\n(2) But a club premises certificate does not have effect during any period when it is suspended under section 88 or 92A.",
