Laid before the Scottish Parliament 2nd February 2007
Coming into force 1st September 2009
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100, 134 and 146(2) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
