  "text": "The Licensing (Extended Hours Orders) Rules 1962 shall be amended by substituting for Rule 1 the following Rule:\n“1 Subject to the provisions of these Rules, the procedure on the consideration by licensing justices of an application—\n(a) for the making or variation of an extended hours order, or\n(b) for the revocation of an extended hours order\nshall be as nearly as may be the same as the procedure followed by the justices on the consideration of, in the case of an application such as is mentioned in paragraph (a) above, an application for the grant of a justices' licence and, in the case of an application such as is mentioned in paragraph (b) above, opposition to the renewal of a justices' licence.”.",
