  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Rules amend the Licensing (Extended Hours Order) Rules 1962 to take account of the abolition of the requirement to renew an extended hours order whenever the justices' licence for the premises is renewed or transferred effected by section 4 of the Licensing Act 1988 (c. 17) which comes into force on 1st August 1988 (S.I. 1988/1187).",
