# The Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1988, Article 2


The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 shall be amended by inserting after the entry relating to the grant of a special order of exemption the following entries —
“Grant of order varying permitted hours in on-licensed vineyardpremises — s.87A 6.50
Variation or revocation of order varying permitted hours in on-licensedvineyard premises on application by holder of licence — s.87A(7) 6.50”.
