# The Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1994, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 by prescribing a fee of £6.50 chargeable by justices' clerks for the grant of a children’s certificate under section 168A of the Licensing Act 1964.
