# The Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1996, Article 2


The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 shall be amended by inserting, after the entry relating to the grant of a special hours certificate, the following entries—
Grant of provisional special hours certificate—ss. 77A and 78ZA
