  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 by inserting a new regulation 17A to make provision for a fee to be payable to Licensing Boards under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 for a personal licence renewal application where that application has been received after 17.00 on 1st October 2018.",
