# The Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2007


After regulation 17 of the Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 insert:
“17A. The fee payable in respect of an application under section 78 of the Act received by a Board after 1700 hours on 1st October 2018 is £50.”.
