  "text": "In these Regulations–\n“the Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005;\n“Board” means a Licensing Board continued in existence by or established under section 5 of the Act; and\n“relevant Board”, in relation to premises, means the Board within the area of which the premises are situated.",
