  "long_title": "Article 2(1) of this Order substitutes new fees for the various fees chargeable by justices' clerks under the Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 in respect of matters arising under the Licensing Act 1964. Article 2(2) omits an entry from that Schedule consequent on amendments to section 79 of that Act which removed the jurisdiction of justices. Article 3 increases the fee under the Licensing (Fees) Order 1983 on the grant of an occasional permission under section 1 of the Licensing (Occasional Permissions) Act 1983.",
