  "text": "(1) In section 29(1) of the Licensing Act (suitability of certain premises for functions) for “of a kind mentioned in section 3(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “mentioned in section 45(7)”.\n(2) In section 49 of the Licensing Act (extension licences)—\n(a) in subsection (7)—\n(i) after “Sunday” there shall be inserted “after one in the morning”;\n(ii) after “Christmas Day” there shall be inserted “, Easter Day”;\n(iii) for “half-past one” there shall be substituted “one”;\n(iv) at the end there shall be added “or to a person admitted to the premises after half past twelve in the morning or, where the function is due to end before one in the morning, less than half an hour before the function is due to end.”;\n(b) for subsection (12) there shall be substituted—\n“(12) The premises to which this section applies are the premises mentioned in section 45(7) for which an order under section 29 is in force.”.",
