  "text": "A licence shall be in such form as may be prescribed by regulations and shall specify—\n(a) the name and address of the holder of the licence;\n(b) the address of the premises for which it is granted;\n(c) the kind of premises for which it is granted;\n(d) the name and address of the owner of the premises;\n(e) such other matters as may be prescribed by regulations.",
