  "text": "A person who in any licensed premises uses—\n(a) riotous, disorderly or indecent behaviour, or\n(b) behaviour whereby a breach of the peace is likely to be occasioned,\nshall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.",
