# The Licensing (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 9th October 2007
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 11th October 2007
Coming into force 1st February 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(6), 22(3)(a), 51(4), 58(2)(a), 61(4), 70(7), 79(5), 133, 134, 146(2) and 147(1) of, and paragraph 12(4) of schedule 1 to, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
