  "text": "(1) A copy of a notice required to be given by a Board under section 22(3)(a) must be given no later than 7 days prior to the hearing under section 23(2) in respect of the premises licence application in question.\n(2) A copy of a notice required to be given by a Board under section 58(2)(a) must be given within 7 days of the Board receiving that notice.\n(3) Where a chief constable has supplied a Board with a report under section 21(3)(b) in relation to a premises licence application and there is to be a hearing under section 23(2), the Board is to provide the applicant with a copy of that report no later than 7 days prior to that hearing.",
