  "text": "(1) In these Regulations–\n“Board” means a Licensing Board continued in existence by or established under section 5;\n“variation application” means an application under section 29(1) for a variation of a licence which is not a minor variation (as defined in section 29(6)).\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered section is, unless the contrary is stated, a reference to the section so numbered in the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.",
