Laid before the Scottish Parliament 21st February 2007
Coming into force 1st September 2007
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 91 and 147(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
