Made 31st January 2007
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 2nd February 2007
Coming into force 1st February 2008
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(2) and 146(2) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
