  "text": "In the Act, “relevant offence” means–\n(a) any offence specified in the Schedule;\n(b) any offence which–\n(i) was provided for in an enactment which is no longer in force; and\n(ii) was similar in nature to an offence specified in the Schedule;\n(c) any offence in respect of aiding and abetting, inciting, counselling or procuring any offence referred to in paragraph (a) or (b); and\n(d) any other offence in respect of which a sentence of imprisonment was imposed.",
