# The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2007, Article 3: Appointed days


1st May 2007 is appointed as the day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 specified in the Schedule to this Order.
