  "text": "(1) The Club Gaming and Club Machine Permits (Scotland) Regulations 2007 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) after the definition of “the 1968 Act” insert ““the 2005 Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005”;\n(b) omit the definition of “the 1976 Act”; and\n(c) omit the definition of “relevant alcohol licence”.\n(3) For paragraph (3) of regulation 3 (making of application) substitute—\n“(3) This paragraph applies to a members’ club, commercial club or miners’ welfare institute which holds a premises licence in terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.”.\n(4) In paragraph (b) of regulation 12 (application of regulations) for “which now holds” to the end, substitute “which operates from premises in respect of which there is a premises licence in terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005”.\n(5) For Schedule 2 substitute—\n“SCHEDULE 2\nRegulation 11(1)”\n(6) For Schedule 3 substitute—\n“SCHEDULE 3\nRegulation 11(2)”",
