  "text": "(1) Any responsible person who ... allows alcohol to be sold to a child or a young person on any relevant premises commits an offence.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to—\n(a) a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale,\n(b) imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or\n(c) both.",
