# Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, Section 114: Premises manager, staff etc. not to be drunk


(1) Any responsible person in relation to any relevant premises who is drunk while on the premises commits an offence.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
