  "text": "Any reference in this Part to a certified copy of a premises licence or of a summary of such a licence is a reference to a copy of the licence or summary certified to be a true copy by—\n(a) the Licensing Board,\n(b) a solicitor or notary public, or\n(c) a person of a prescribed description.",
