  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in the Schedule to these Rules.\n(2) Paragraphs 1(a), 2 and 3 of the Schedule to these Rules shall not apply in connection with any application of which notice has been given to the clerk to the licensing justices under Rule 3(1) of the said Rules of 1982 before the coming into force of these Rules.",
