  "text": "(1) The Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 5(1) after “section 81A(3)” insert “or section 81AA(1)”.\n(3) In rule 6 for “or section 81A(3)” insert “, section 81A(3) or section 81AA(1)”.\n(4) In rule 7 for “or 81” substitute“, 81 or 81AA”.",
