# The Licensing (Training) (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Regulation 3: Training of Licensing Board members

The training requirement prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 11 of schedule 1 to the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 is that each Licensing Board member must, within 3 months of being elected or re-elected as such a member, undertake a course of training accredited by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of this regulation.
