# The Licensing (Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2007, Article 7: Article 15 of Order


In article 15–
(a) omit paragraph (2); and
(b) in paragraph (3), omit–
(i) the words “or (2)”; and
(ii) sub-paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately before that sub-paragraph.
