# The Licensing (Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2007, Article 9: Article 19 of Order


In article 19(3)(b), at the end add “(whether by virtue of that grant or by virtue of section 57, 58, 59, 60 or 64 of that Act)”.
