Article 14 Board powers still exercisable

Nothing in article 12 or 13 prevents a Board–

(a)

suspending a licence under section 31 or 32 of the 1976 Actf1;

(b)

exercising any power given by section 65 or 66 of that Actf2; or

(c)

suspending a children’s certificate under section 50 of the 1990 Act.
